Common questions
Is the coach a person?
No. Coaching, meal plans, and workouts in HaleNemi™ are generated by AI, not written by a person or a medical professional. They are general wellness guidance, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app:
- Open the Me tab.
- Tap Delete Account and read the warning.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion happens right away and can't be undone. It removes your account and everything in it, from your phone and from our servers: your questionnaire answers, summary, meal and workout plans, training programs, grocery list, and preferences. We keep only a record that the account was deleted, including your email address, so we can answer questions about it later.
If you can't get into the app, email support@halenemi.com from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Can I get a copy of my data?
There's no export in the app yet. Email us and we'll help.
I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you signed up with. If it still doesn't work, email us with the address you used and what you see on screen.
Something looks wrong in a plan or a reply from the coach.
You can regenerate a plan or ask the coach to change it. If something seems unsafe or plainly wrong, please email us with a screenshot. Those reports help us most.
Which devices does HaleNemi run on?
HaleNemi is in beta on iPhone. An Android version is not available yet.
